The website(https://tnoa.info) is the official website of Tamil Nadu Ophthalmic Association also known as TNOA. TNOA is a registered society under the Societies Registration Act. This website is meant primarily for ophthalmologists also known as eye surgeons who are life members of TNOA or wish to become life members of TNOA. You understand and agree that the Service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. TNOA disclaims all responsibility and liability for the availability, timeliness, security or reliability of the Service. TNOA also reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you.

You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age and posses the necessary legal qualification to practice medicine.

4. Use the Service for any fraudulent or inappropriate purpose; or
5. Act in any way that violates the Agreement, as may be revised from time to time. Violation of any of the foregoing may result in immediate termination of this Agreement, and may subject you to state penalties and other legal consequences. TNOA reserves the right, but shall have no obligation, to investigate your use of the Service in order to determine whether a violation of the Agreement has occurred or to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.

The designs, Templates software, scripts, codes, and any other product distributed at TNOA each carry their own separate open source license which is chosen by the designer. Upon downloading a design, designs, Templates software, scripts, codes, you agree to use the design under its respected license.
 
Payment Terms:
 
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
